Sandra Fox, DDS

Dr. Fox grew up in the northeast Iowa town of Oelwein.  Her love of the Iowa Hawkeyes led her to the University of Iowa, where she earned an undergraduate degree in Biology.  She went on to pursue her interest in dentistry, following in her father’s footsteps.  After graduating from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2012, Dr. Fox furthered her dental education and completed a two-year post-graduate residency, specializing in pediatric dentistry.

Over the next five years, as her husband was completing his medical training in several cities throughout the country, Dr. Fox was able to practice in various pediatric dental offices, learning from some amazing mentors. In the Summer of 2019, she and her husband moved back to Indianola to fulfill her dream of opening her own pediatric dental office.

Dr. Fox is a board-certified pediatric dentist.  She is a proud member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Iowa Dental Association and the Des Moines District Dental Society where she serves as President-Elect.

She is passionate about providing high-quality dental care for children in a fun and friendly environment.  She strives to make every child’s dental visit a positive one!

In her spare time, Dr. Fox enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time in the kitchen trying new recipes, and running.  She is a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Indianola. She and her husband Mark have three sons, Owen, Elliott, and Liam, who keep them very busy!

Audra Feldhaus, DDS

Dr. Feldhaus is from Liberty, Missouri right outside Kansas City. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk) in Organismal Biology. Her interest in dentistry would lead her to Omaha, Nebraska, where she received her doctorate of dental surgery degree from Creighton University in 2016. She then spent a year in Kansas City working in her father’s dental practice where she discovered her passion for pediatric dentistry. Finally, she would travel to Las Vegas, Nevada to pursue her dream in pediatric dentistry completing her two-year post-graduate residency program. After that she decided to head back to Des Moines, Iowa where her husband is from to practice for a few years before coming to Indianola Pediatric Dentistry.


Dr. Feldhaus has a passion for treating children and providing them with comprehensive care. Her goal is to establish good communication amongst herself, parents, and patients and provide children with a positive experience at the dental office. She is a board-certified pediatric dentist and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Iowa Dental Association.


When Dr. Feldhaus is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She and her husband John have two children, Leighton and Carter, and spend most of their free time hanging out with them. She also enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and baking.
